Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, this policy explains how to return items, request exchanges, and receive refunds.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • We accept returns for both opened and unopened products, as long as they are unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Packaging may be opened for inspection; this does not affect eligibility provided the product shows no signs of use and all original components are included.
  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts. For apparel, all tags must remain attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email shopthelivingwordsupport@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We'll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) along with the correct return address and instructions.
  3. Do not send items back without RMA approval — they will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item): We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • All other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns.

Return Address

The exact return address will be provided in your RMA approval email. This ensures your parcel is directed to the correct location and processed quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted. We'll refund you for the returned item per the terms of this policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria above.

Refunds

  • We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at shopthelivingwordsupport@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
