Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
In the event we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution; and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Standard shipping times are 5–8 business days.

Shop The Living Word is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with us. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Shop The Living Word, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shop The Living Word, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 24 — SUBSCRIPTIONS & VIP MEMBERSHIP
i. Overview & Billing
By completing your order, you are enrolling in our VIP membership program and authorizing a recurring charge of $40.00 today and every 30 days to the payment method provided. This ensures uninterrupted access to all included VIP benefits. You may cancel at any time by contacting our support team. Charges will continue unless canceled. There is no obligation beyond each billing period.
ii. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time by contacting us via email or any other cancellation method we make available. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, no full or partial refund will be issued. Access to VIP benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
iii. Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate VIP Membership access due to failed payments. The ability to pause subscriptions is not currently available but may be introduced at our discretion in the future.
iv. Pricing & Changes
VIP Membership pricing and product discounts are subject to change at any time. Any pricing adjustments will apply to future billing cycles, and your continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to monitor your subscription and cancel if you no longer wish to be enrolled.
